We offer four spacious and stylish study-bedrooms in a peaceful cul-de-sac a short walk from central Durham. We're looking to rent this to a group of 4, not as individual rooms.
To make things easy, all contracts are 'bill free' (contract includes rent, electricity, water, gas, TV licence, and wifi). All rooms are rented individually. We prefer finalists, postgraduates, and mature students, to maintain the quiet ethos of the house.
All our bedrooms are individually lockable. They come with a bed, desk, chair, bookcase, wardrobe, mirror, plenty of drawers, and hooks on the back of the door. We also supply a desk lamp, bedside lamp, and a noticeboard.
This house has everything you would need or expect:
- Wifi throughout the entire house
- Fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster
- Large TV
- Enclosed private garden
