About Us
Durham University Experience
We are a company founded by Durham University graduates, who read both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. We also have two children currently studying at Durham, so fully understand the living-out needs of Durham Students.
Locations and Rent Prices
We own and manage a comprehensive portfolio, offering a broad range of rental prices, house sizes and locations. We have properties in the very heart of the City within minutes of the Billy B and Elvet. We also appreciate the value in offering quality properties to meet a wide range of budgets.
High Standards
All properties are fully furnished and decorated to a very high standard, with a team of friendly, efficient and responsive maintenance staff. We pride ourselves in providing high standard homes to our tenants. We are Durham-based, as are our maintenance staff, who work to resolve any possible issues in a timely manner.
Rental-Package Flexibility
All homes are available on a basic rent or on a bills-inclusive basis, which includes unlimited gas & electricity, water, TV licence and super-fast broadband. These options aim to give our tenants a choice in how they manage their utilities while they live out.
Safety Compliance
All relevant properties have Durham HMO Licenses, conforming to the highest, safety standards. All properties have an EPC, an annual gas appliance service and gas & electrical safety certificates.
